Jones, Tuberville clash over coast's struggling shrimpers

The rise of fuel prices, and record-high diesel fuel costs, are driving a back-and-forth battle in the Alabama governor's race between former U.S. Sen. Doug Jones and current U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville.

Former U.S. Sen. Doug Jones will join musician Jason Isbell in Mobile on Wednesday night for a campaign rally, at which Jones could continue criticizing President Donald Trump’s foreign and domestic policies while linking Republican gubernatorial candidate Tommy Tuberville to rising fuel costs.
