Katie Britt praises Trump, but pushes for answers on fate of Iran’s nuclear program

U.S. Sen. Katie Britt praised President Donald Trump’s work on a deal with Iran Thursday, but said she wants to make sure nuclear disarmament remains a goal.

Britt, a Republican who serves on the Senate Appropriations Committee, said she looks forward to hearing the administration brief Congress on its plan in Iran. Trump signed an initial MOU with Iran Wednesday.
