Lawsuit aims to force Hyundai answers on alleged refusal to hire non-Koreans

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is going to court in an attempt to force Hyundai to explain non-compliance in providing information related to an investigation about the automaker not hiring or promoting non-Koreans in Alabama and Georgia.
