Man accused of killing nurse in Tuscaloosa hospital parking lot loses bid to delay lawsuit

Attorneys for the suspect in the shooting death of a nurse in an Alabama hospital parking lot asked that a civil lawsuit against him and others be stayed pending the outcome of the criminal trial.
