A 29-year-old Dothan man has been arrested on multiple sex crime charges involving a young girl.
Desmi Archimedes-Martinez Flowers is charged with two counts of sexual torture, three counts of sodomy and two counts of sex abuse of a child, Dothan police announced Thursday.
