A Texas man has been sentenced to federal prison after he was found with a half dozen kilograms of cocaine hidden in car batteries while he was driving through Alabama.
U.S. District Judge Annmarie C. Axon sentenced Brandon Azael Lopez, 30, of McAllen, Texas, to 46 months – nearly four years - in prison.
