A man is under arrest after police say he took bear spray off the shelves at an Alabama Walmart and unleashed the chemical irritant inside the store.
Lonnie Britt Patrick, 37, is charged with reckless endangerment and fourth-degree theft of property, said Eufaula police Chief Danny Christ.
