Manufacturer awarded $5.1 billion contract for ship refueling and overhauls

The Newport News Shipbuilding division of Huntington Ingalls Industries secured a $5.1 billion contract to refuel and overhaul the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman.
