An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman is accused of fatally shooting another driver during a road rage confrontation that prosecutors say spiraled from a verbal dispute into a deadly encounter. Authorities allege the shooting claimed the life of 44-year-old Minerva Hernandez-Lopez, a mother who was driving to a grocery store when the incident unfolded, News 4 said.
