Mobile takes ‘uncharted’ step, revoking business license as losses near $1 million

The Mobile City Council took what city officials described as an “uncharted” step Tuesday, revoking the business license of a roofing and window contractor under investigation for allegedly bilking nearly $1 million from area customers.
