A murder suspect who was killed after he shot a U.S. Marshal in Alabama was one of the Texas Department of Safety’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives.
Ernest Christopher Nathan, 47, was fatally shot Tuesday in Marengo County as members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force tried to arrest him.
