Nearly 16 years later, arrest made in Illinois baby’s homicide case

Nearly 16 years after 11-month-old Michael Ortiz died from injuries authorities determined were caused by child abuse, a northern Illinois man has been charged with murder following a renewed cold-case investigation, Yahoo! reported.
