An Ohio woman says an unexpected decision during a drive home led to a life-changing lottery win nearly two years after the death of her husband, the Canton Repository reported. The Ohio Lottery said the Huron resident claimed a $30,000 prize after purchasing a scratch-off ticket during an unplanned stop in Morrow County.
