Alabama’s price gouging law is now in effect in 40 counties under a state of emergency declared ahead of Hurricane Isaias, Attorney General Steve Marshall said Thursday.
Gov. Kay Ivey’s emergency declaration took effect at 4 p.m. Wednesday as the state prepared for the storm.
