Questions mount after second deadly Memphis task force shooting

A federal crime-fighting task force member fatally shot a man during the execution of a drug warrant at a Memphis hotel Wednesday morning, marking the second deadly shooting involving the task force in four days and the fourth fatal encounter linked to the unit since it launched last year, according to Tennessee authorities, The Hill reported.
