Rezoning advances for new east Birmingham Boys & Girls Club despite resident concerns

Despite opposition from some nearby residents over potential traffic, noise and environmental issues, the Birmingham Planning and Zoning Committee approved a rezoning request for a new Boys & Girls Club in the Spring Lake neighborhood in east Birmingham.
