Saints explain why Daniel Carlson was let go

Earlier this week, the New Orleans Saints let former Auburn kicker Daniel Carlson go after a few months on the Saints roster.

“Obviously, it didn’t work out with Daniel [Carlson] the way that we wanted it to,” Saints special teams coordinator Phil Galiano said on Thursday. “I think we just figured now was the time that we needed to do something.”
