A judge has granted a preliminary injunction in pending legal case between Alabama Power and Fenn Church, temporarily blocking the utility from entering his property as part of a transmission line project.
According to court records, Judge Jonathan Spann issued the 10-page ruling Monday after determining that evidence provided by Church substantiated four requirements to satisfy the need for a preliminary injunction.
