Shelby County man says Alabama Power threatens him with arrest in land dispute

Alabama Power has started clearing land up to Shelby County resident Fenn Church’s property line after the Alabama Supreme Court granted the company the ability to enter Church’s property amid an ongoing legal dispute over the land.
