The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a single-vehicle crash that recently claimed the life of a pedestrian.
Alisia Burgans, 59, of Eight Mile, was walking in the roadway around 9:55 p.m. on Sep. 19, and was fatally injured when she was struck by the 2018 Toyota Corolla driven by Latonya A. Jones, 68, of Satsuma, according to a news release.
