Three worker deaths leave Stellantis facing new safety questions

A series of fatal workplace accidents at Stellantis facilities has prompted renewed scrutiny of safety practices at the automaker, as regulators, labor leaders and families seek answers after three employee deaths in less than two years, Detroit News said.
