Tropical Storm Dolly could form soon, too soon, in the Atlantic

A tropical wave in the central Atlantic Ocean, shown in red above, could become a tropical storm as soon as today. Forecasters don't expect it to be a named storm for very long, however.

A new tropical storm could form in the Atlantic Ocean today, and if it does it will have a very familiar name.
