President Donald Trump is being urged to release to ordinary Americans $38 billion in dormant funds that are being blocked in part because of a rule put in place under President Joe Biden.
The New York Post reports that the treasurers of 30 states want Trump to order the Treasury Department to release the funds, which are from unclaimed war and savings bonds that many Americans may have forgotten they purchased.
