Tuberville cosponsors bill to create a Secretary of the Coast Guard leadership position

U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala, is cosponsoring legislation to establish a civilian leadership position for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Currently, the U.S. Coast Guard is the one branch of the military that lacks a secretary position that serves in an executive function.
