An Alabama financial institution has filed a federal lawsuit against a similarly named company over which one of them has the right to call itself Pinnacle.
The 30-page suit, filed in July in U.S. District Court for Alabama’s Northern District, alleges federal trademark infringement, unfair competition, trademark dilution and breach of contract, and seeks damages.
