Walmart pulls lettuce from shelves in 27 states after cyclospora outbreak: List of states

Taylor Farms de Mexico of Guanajuato, Mexico said it is voluntarily removing all iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico from the U.S. market over concerns it could be contaminated with the parasite Cyclospora.

Lettuce linked to an outbreak of cyclosporiasis – a gastrointestinal illness marked by watery, sometimes explosive diarrhea – is off the shelves at Walmart following a recall by its supplier.
