The Senate passed a bill yesterday to set national regulations for college sports and end “chaos” caused by escalating transfers, paychecks and spending.

Sens. Katie Britt and Tommy Tuberville voted in favor of The Protect College Sports Act Monday night. It is not clear if or when the House might consider the legislation.
