An Alabama man called 911 in Tuesday’s early-morning hours to report he had been shot multiple times by his wife.
Lee County sheriff’s deputies responded at 3:42 a.m. to the couple’s home in the 100 block of Lee Road 224 in Smith’s Station and found the victim with numerous gunshot wounds.
