64-year-old man killed in northern Jefferson County crash

Authorities have released the name of a 64-year-old who was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Fultondale.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Shantz Jarvis Williams. He lived in Birmingham.
