A 75-year-old Alabama attorney accused of trying to fatally poison her invalid husband was taken into custody Tuesday in Mountain Brook.
Sara Baker, accused of trying to kill her husband, James Doyle Baker with fentanyl, is prohibited by her bond conditions from any contact with him.
