A 42-year-old Alabama man has been indicted federally in a Christmas Eve abduction at a Tuscaloosa convenience store.
The one-count indictment charges Randall Latroy Richardson with kidnapping, Northern District of Alabama U.S. Attorney Phil Williams announced Thursday.
