Developers close on land sale for new $240 million Huntsville retail project

API Huntsville, LLC, an affiliated entity of Alumni Properties, has closed on the purchase of land for the $240 million North Village Town Center at North Memorial Parkway and the Northern Bypass in Huntsville.
