The City of Orange Beach is facing a federal wrongful death lawsuit from the estate of a man who died while he was a pretrial detainee at the city’s jail last year.
The federal complaint was filed by the estate of Clay Aaron Estes and names the City of Orange Beach and 10 unidentified jailers, officers and supervisors as defendants.
