Lawyer accused of smuggling drugs acted under ‘extreme duress and threat,’ attorney says

The lawyer for veteran Birmingham attorney Glennon Threatt who was arrested last week said his defense team is carefully investigating the circumstances and relationships that preceded the alleged incident for which he is charged.
